Carol Kirschbaum joined the team in 2007 as the multimedia director. As a classically trained illustrator who attended the Cincinnati School of Creative and Performing Arts, she embraced graphic technologies and can handle all aspects of e-learning from conceptualization to development to deployment phases.

Carol has been in the graphics industry for over 17 years, including 10 years focusing specifically on e-learning. She has developed instructional designs for P&G products that are still in use today and has won multiple illustration awards. Her e-learning course design for Loreal has been recognized at the Paris E-strat awards.

Because projects are customized for each client, local and national organizations of all sizes and varying needs, Carol ensures the interactive applications are creative, functional and adhere to each company’s mission and presence.

To continue her knowledge on video integration and technology, she is currently a member of the 48-hour film project and the Southern Ohio Film Association.
