One of the founding partners of Mycom Group, Inc., Patti has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 20 years. In 2000, she was instrumental in taking the company public and in 2001 she sold her interest to another technology firm, keeping a small division of the business that focused on e-training technologies.

In early 2002, Patti’s training company joined forces with Pope & Associates to create a subsidiary, Myca-Pope, Inc. offering a wide variety of e-learning products designed to reduce barriers and improve productivity within the corporate environment. The EDGE Advantage© and The TEAM Advantage© have been adopted by major corporations as “best practice” e-learning tools and as pre-work for traditional classroom training. In addition, she has created an innovative learning reinforcement tool that is delivered via email which provides a continual reinforcement of learning as well as an opportunity to test and measure progress against organizational learning goals. The company’s newest product, The International EDGE Advantage© has been translated into several languages and is being used to promote inclusion worldwide.

On the forefront of developing e-learning delivery and measurement techniques in a variety of market segments, Patti has the unique ability to both envision innovative approaches to training delivery and retention as well as the skills for implementation.

Throughout her career in marketing and technology, Patti has interacted with senior level executives at Fortune 100 companies to develop programs that drive change initiatives and foster better communications as well as more effective intra-group dynamics. Her driving commitment is to develop and deploy creative solutions that deliver powerful, measurable results.

Not only proficient in designing innovative and highly interactive e-learning curriculum, under Patti’s leadership, Myca has also created a proprietary Learning Management System that increases the interactivity of course delivery while capturing insightful information about the participants, allowing an organization to refine and improve training and HR practices based on the results.

Patti is a member of several organizations including the Women Presidents’ Organization and the Cincinnati ASTD. She is a Board Member for Enterprising Women and serves as a Cabinet Member for the Cincinnati Bizwomen organization. In 2007, Patti was the recipient of the Athena PowerLink™ program award through the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.
