During the course of your training, Myca MTS may ask you to provide personally-identifying information about yourself such as your age, company position, number of years with your current employer, and your work location, (i.e. field, corporate, etc.), hereinafter referred to as “Demographic Information.”

In addition, our highly interactive courses provide the opportunity for you to express your opinions, concerns, perceptions and feelings regarding certain topics and/or issues (hereinafter referred to “Participant Responses”).

For purpose of this Privacy Policy, Demographic Information and Participant Responses will be collectively referred to as “Information.”

II. USE OF INFORMATION

Myca MTS will never question your responses or inquire into your reasons for them.

Myca MTS will convey to your employer, or entity who sponsored your training, (1) the fact that you have viewed and/or completed course(s) at www.eZLearnU.com; (2) the dates that you began and completed such course(s); and (3) learning exercise and/or quiz scores.

Myca MTS would only disclose Information on an individual basis (1) to the extent required by an order of any court or other governmental authority, or (2) as necessary for it or them to protect their interests. We believe this is highly unlikely and not anticipated.

Except as set forth above, Myca MTS will not disclose your Information on an individual basis. However, Myca MTS may provide your employer or sponsor with reports in which your Information has been compiled with many other participants and reported in combined form. For example, Myca MTS may provide your employer or sponsor with particular "Participant Responses" by a particular demographic group such as length of time with the company, work location, etc.

Myca MTS may use collective responses in a variety of ways. Myca MTS will only disclose, report on, or otherwise publish such Information on a combined basis.

III. USE OF IP ADDRESSES

We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

IV. USE OF COOKIES

We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to prevent you from reentering all your registration data at each connection. If you choose to discontinue training, Myca MTS will convey to your employer that you have chosen to do so. Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, or, has already been communicated on a collective basis, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other databases. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your Information is removed from or corrected in our records.
