Patricia Massey, President

Since starting her business career with lemonade stands at age eight, Patricia Massey has been a life-long entrepreneur. In 1991, she formed a company with three partners, Mycom, that she eventually sold in 2001. Since that sale, Massey has focused her business on the digital delivery of training with MycaTrain. The company creates e-learning conversion services for classroom-based training firms and Fortune 500 companies, including P&G, Verizon, Sony, Chevron and Hershey. In 2009, MycaTrain will launch a partnership with Xavier University and its products will be featured in a Virtual Learning Center for Enterprising Women. Since 2004, MycaTrain's revenues have more than doubled to a projected $800,000 in 2008.
